Patates douces aux raisins secs

Salam fidèle compagnie, je vous remercie pour votre soutien, je vais essayer de m'accrocher si tout va bien pour publier kk articles quand celà est possible, sinon je ne vois pas comment faire autrement pour le moment.

Mais là je vois qu'on me dit erreur de chargement de fichier.

Finalement j'arrive à publier avec bp de stress.

Une recette facile cette entrée de patates deouces aux raisins secs, que l'on peut présenter avec ou sans raisins secs ou en faire un tajine avec viande.

Ingrédients

500g de patates douces

1 petit oignon râpé

100g de raisins secs

3 c.à.s. d'huile d'olive 

sel, poivre safran et bâton de cannelle

et une pincée de ras el hanout 

1 c.à.s. de bon miel

peu de beurrre

Préparation

Laver les patates douces, et les éplucher.

Les relaver et les mettre dans un récipient rempli d'eau.

On peut les couper en deux ou en 4 ou bien en cubes.

Dans une marmite, verser l'huile, et dorer l'oignon râpé sur feu très doux.

Egoutter rapidement vos pdt douces et les ajouter et couvrir d'eau, en ajoutant les épices.

Couvrir et laisser cuire.

Vérifoer la cuisson avec la pointe du couteau et ajouter le meil et les raisins secs égouttés, que l'on a lavé, trempé et égoutté auparavant.

Laissez mijoter kk minutes et savourer chaud.
